• The unit measures 1 3/4" diameter, 10 3/4" long

• The clamps are 1/2" thick with a distance of 5 1/4" between them.

• The unit holds approximately 1/3 quart of oil, not including oil held in lines (will vary according to application).

• The unit has been tested to reduce oil temperature as much as 25 degrees.
The use of 2 units can reduce oil temperature even more.

• We also manufacture an 8" long unit with a single clamp in the center.

We also carry a 10" "Stash Tube" that look like an oil cooler and can hold your valuables.
Single tube billet oil cooler features great looks along with superior performance. This unique unit has an internal baffle that circulates the oil evenly.

This unit also has more cooling area and holds more than twice as much oil as other coolers. Installation is easy with billet frame clamps that fit any frame. Available soon with optional oil temperature sender and gauge.

Oil Cooler Accessories - Jagg™ Adapters
The J4000 manual bypass is for those riders who do a lot of cold weather riding. With the J4000 manual bypass valve you can divert oil from entering your oil coolers.

PRICE
The J4400* is a easy install between oil filter and mount to install oil lines for oil coolers. This model is used on Evolution motors up to 1999.

The J4600* is the required adapter for use on Twin Cam 88 motors. Due to the hard oil lines used on the new Twin Cam 88 motors the J460 makes cooler installation a snap. We highly recommend this on all softail models.

 *Note: Rubber mount twin cam 88 motors do not have to use the J4600 the coolers can be hooked up by hose to the fitting between transmission and motor. Special fittings are required. Please specify if you wish to install this way.

Twin Tube Billet Oil Coolers

 Set includes two coolers and 4 clamps. These units are 1” in diameter. Braided cross over hoses are available also.

Sleek unit is easy to install on the front down tubes. Frame clamps are available for 1 1/8” and 1 1/4” diameters only.
